Ever have a hard time getting enough veggies in each day? Make it easier on yourself with a little prep and whole lot a deliciousness packed into this creamy avocado dip. Not only will you be wishing it wasn’t gone when you’re finished, you’ll also be amazed at how easy it is to get more servings of vegetable in each day!
Creamy Avocado Veggie Dip
- 2 ripe avocados
- 6oz plain greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 TBS cilantro paste ( I used Gourmet Garden)
- 2 tsp of dill weed
- 2 TBS fresh lime juice
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients together in food processor until smooth.
Cut up fresh peppers, carrots, and mushroom to dip (or whatever your favorite vegetables are!)
Eat up and refrigerate if any leftovers or if you are making enough to last you the week! I love to make this dip for the week and put together little bags of veggies to go with, so I can grab and go throughout the work week!
