Resistance Band Total Body Workout

If you’re looking for a one stop shop workout, you’ve come to the right place.  This is a total body strength circuit uses only on piece of equipment – a resistance band.  If you do not have one, you can easily find them at target or order one online

Chose a half hour of cardio to do before completing the circuit – it can be walking, jogging, elliptical..anything. Pick something you enjoy! Use these 30 minutes to think about what you are thankful for right in the here and now.  Forget about what needs to get done later today, or into the week and truly appreciate where you are.

  2. You got it Girl! Learning to live life in the moment is a very hard life lesson. In fact, I made it my New Years resolution this year. Took me a lot of years. You are ahead of the curve!
